Description

Since implementation of the Maintenance Rule (MRule) (10CFR50.65) in 1996, and the subsequent transition to the Reactor Oversight Process (ROP) (MC0305) in 2000, the mainstay of NRC oversight is the station’s healthy implementation of CAP.
